We have a great example of cooperation in one of the updates from this week. It shows how a medical device manufacturer and a government agency worked together to make sure that products perform as marketed. We all should use this example to look at our work environment and find an area where, with cooperation, we can solve an issue. The issues could be as simple as to make sure flexible endoscopes are adequately stored before use or that surgical scissors are tested for sharpness during the assembly. Whatever the issue we all know that we need to cooperate to make sure that it is resolved. So take some time today and think of something you can work on that is simple and will involve cooperation of others to accomplish the resolution.
