October has become widely known as "Breast Cancer Awareness Month", largely due to many great charities that have started wonderful programs to help support the fight against cancer. Healthmark will be supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October by extending our pink PPE accessory/apparel line and donating a portion of each sale to Gilda's Club Metro Detroit. Gilda's Club Metro Detroit provides free social and emotional support for: men, women and children living with cancer, their families and friends. Gilda's Club offers more than 120 activities including: support and networking groups, art, music, education lectures, children and teen activities, workshops, and social events. Gilda's Club Metro Detroit celebrates 17 years of providing support, community and laughter to its courageous members.
