Description
This innovative tool is designed to detect the presence of magnetization in medical instruments, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety. The Magnetic Field Tester housing consists of two interlocking plastic pieces, with a magnetic film strip in between. To use the tester, simply place the instrument that you would like to inspect on the black side of the film, while observing the green side of the film. If the instrument is magnetized, the green side will display a distinct color shift, appearing in a rainbow-like pattern – confirming the presence of magnetization in the medical device.
The Magnetic Field Tester is available in the following two kitted options: “MFT-KIT” (includes 2 EA “MFT-CASE” and 6 EA “MFT-FILM”) & “MFT-001” (includes 1 EA “MFT-CASE” and 1 EA “MFT-FILM”). Additionally, both the housing (“MFT-CASE”) & film (“MFT-FILM”) can be purchased separately.
