Sterilization packaging consists of paper and laminate. During the sealing process the laminate must connect with the whole surface of the paper to guarantee a safe seal seam. If there is a wrong temperature during a test or the pressure is not calibrated optimally, SEAL CHECK will reveal the problem.
The black printed area makes detection of a poor seal obvious to visual inspection. Use SEAL CHECK daily to validate and record the proper performance or your heat sealers.
